• All items in cabin are inventoried before & after each visit.  *Renter is responsible for any broken or missing items.
• If any personal items are left at the cabin by renters, an attempt will be made to return the items to their owner at their owner's expense.   
*We are not responsible for any items left or lost at Cozy Bear Cabin.

**The cabin is secluded but only 10 minutes from Wal-Mart, Lowes, Goody's, movie theaters, many fast food & dining options, and several places to shop.
